This video excerpt from the IPSC Canadian Qualifiers captures my speech on the importance of representation. The topic: “The light of a candle, is transferred to another candle, Spring twilight”   – Lighting One Candle, a haiku by Yosa Buson. Drawing from a personal story of inspiration, I reflect on how seeing others succeed can transform what we believe is possible for ourselves—and how representation can empower people to pursue ambitions once thought beyond their reach.
